Full interactive board + written breakdown at checkout
Built from PLAT's outside-in tracking of the brand's live ads, emails and site. Not their internal documents: this is the funnel as customers actually meet it, which is the part you can copy.
Cole Buxton's funnel mapped end to end from PLAT-tracked data (ads as read on 12 Oct 2026, email and site on 2 Oct 2026): 36 Meta ads and 116 email campaigns, laid out as three connected stages on the board: Meta paid social, email, and the Shopify store.
Seventeen of the 36 ads, started 17 July to 25 September: TOF 3, MOF 9, BOF 5, TEST 0. None shows a discount. TOF is the AW26 'Sign Up For Early Access' push. MOF tells the product ('a 1960's deck shoe, reimagined and oversized') and, from 28 August, opens drops on the dates the emails gave. BOF holds the longest runs: the skate shoe 'Available Now' ads from July (64 and 61 days, PLAT 85 and 83), a line running again since 15 September.

Cole Buxton Funnel Map
Cole Buxton sells at full price: none of the seventeen ads or sixteen emails on the board shows a price cut or a discount code. Instead the emails count down to each drop and open it with an 'EARLY ACCESS' code, and the skate shoe 'Available Now' ads ran longest, a line back in paid since 15 September.
- Offer early access, not money off, in the signup popup and the footer.
- Run each drop as a countdown: a dated teaser, then a launch-day early access code, with the drop's ad starting the same day (AW26 Drop 1, 25 September).
- Keep ad copy to one availability line: 'The Cole Buxton Skate Shoe - Available Now.' ran 64 days.
- The full funnel on one interactive board: ads, flows, store journey
- The written breakdown by the PLAT team, all three stages
