How it works: Apple Mail users see the interactive teaser → tap → reveal animation. Gmail &
Outlook users see the static fallback image automatically. Tip: Set your fallback to the
final reveal image so all users see the best version.
Layout Mismatch Detected — Teaser and Reveal images have different heights. All assets should share identical
dimensions for a seamless experience.

Market reality: ~53% of email opens are on iOS Mail or Apple Mail — your interactive layer
will fire for the majority of mobile users. Gmail users (~29% of opens) always see the fallback. Set
your fallback to the reveal/final image so Gmail users still get the full message, not a teaser
with no way to reveal.
